Fix guide

Add an FAQ that Google and AI assistants can quote

Guests ask the same questions every week — do you take reservations, is there parking, do you have gluten-free options — and your site doesn’t answer them.

Why it matters

A short FAQ, written out on the page and marked up with FAQ schema, gives Google and AI assistants a clean answer to quote. That is how you show up when someone asks a question instead of typing a keyword.

How to fix it

  1. Write five to eight real questions and short, specific answers.
  2. Put them on the page as visible text — schema alone is not enough.
  3. Copy the code below, match the questions and answers word for word, and paste it in the <head>.

The code

This is the fix our audit generated for a sample restaurant. Run the audit on your own site and the fix pack fills in your name, address, phone and hours for you. Anything in CAPITALS is a value we couldn’t find — fill it in, never guess.
