Search to Table is run by Cobblestone Restaurant Solutions in Evansville, IN. This page explains what we collect when you use it and what we do with it.
When you run an audit
- The web address you enter, and the report we build from it. The report includes what we found on that site’s public pages and a screenshot of how it looks on a phone.
- Reports are deleted after 90 days. Anyone with a report’s link can view it until then, so treat the link like the report itself.
- Your IP address is used to limit each visitor to a handful of audits an hour. We keep a count, not a history.
We only read public pages. We never log in, submit forms, or change anything on the site being audited.
When you give us your email
We ask for an email only if you want the PDF, the fix pack, or the newsletter. We keep the email, the name and business if you give them, and which report it was for. We send the same details to our own customer system so we can follow up. You can reply to any email to be taken off the list.
What we don’t do
- We don’t sell or rent your information.
- We don’t share it with anyone outside Cobblestone Restaurant Solutions, except the service providers that host this site and deliver our email.
Services we use
To build a report we ask Google for page-speed and business-listing data about the site being audited, and we may send the findings (not your email) to an AI provider to write the plain-English summary. If analytics is enabled, Google Analytics sets cookies to count visits.
